Position: Project Manager – Infrastructure Delivery
Overview
As a Project Manager – Infrastructure Delivery at Carbon Negative Power, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of industrial bioenergy projects from early-stage planning through to construction, commissioning, and handover.
You will coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with technical and commercial objectives. This role sits at the intersection of engineering, operations, and client management, requiring strong organisational skills and a hands-on approach to project execution.
You will work on real infrastructure projects across international markets, helping deploy scalable bioenergy systems that deliver reliable energy, cost savings, and measurable carbon-negative outcomes.
The Right Candidate Will Have
- A degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience delivering infrastructure, industrial, or energy-related projects.
- Proven experience managing project timelines, budgets, and technical scope.
- Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams including engineering, suppliers, and contractors.
- Experience working with EPC contractors, equipment suppliers, and site teams.
- Strong understanding of project delivery processes, from planning and procurement to commissioning.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites when required.
