Stage 01 · Assess

Is the project worth developing?

We look at your energy demand, fuel supply, site and economics to decide whether a project is worth developing.

You provide: energy bills and load profile, fuel type and volumes, site access.

CNP provides: site visit, fuel and load analysis, indicative energy price.

Stage 02 · Develop

Engineering, permits, fuel contracts and financing are put in place, and the energy agreement is signed.

You provide: site information, approvals support, agreement negotiation.

CNP provides: engineering design, permitting, fuel supply contracts, project finance.

Stage 03 · Build

Modules are fabricated off site while civil works proceed, then installed, connected and commissioned.

You provide: site access and tie-in coordination.

CNP provides: fabrication, civil works, installation, commissioning and testing.

Stage 04 · Operate

CNP operates and maintains the plant with remote monitoring and local operators.

CNP provides: operations, maintenance, spare parts, remote monitoring.

Stage 05 · Optimise

Output, fuel use, biochar and carbon removal are tuned over the life of the plant, with performance reported to you.
