How it works

1. Biomass Feedstock
Agricultural residues, forestry waste, and other organic materials enter the system. These materials have already absorbed CO₂ from the atmosphere during their growth.
2. Advanced Carbonisation
Biomass undergoes controlled thermal conversion in a our patented low-oxygen environment, producing ultra clean syngas and solid biochar. This process maximizes energy recovery while capturing carbon in stable form.
3. Continuous Power Generation
Clean syngas fuels high-efficiency generators, delivering reliable baseload electricity to your grid or facility. No intermittency. No backup systems required.
4. Permanent Biochar Production
The carbon captured during gasification becomes biochar—a stable, solid form of carbon that remains sequestered for 1,000+ years. This is verified, permanent carbon removal.
5. Carbon Credit Generation
Every tonne of biochar produced generates verified carbon removal credits. We purchase these credits through long-term offtake agreements, guaranteeing revenue for the life of your plant.
