How it works

Biomass Feedstock
Agricultural biomass — rice husk, palm EFB, wood residues, sugarcane bagasse — fuels the system. As a by-product of your existing operations, it drives the power generation and carbon removal process.
Advanced Carbonisation
Biomass undergoes controlled thermal conversion in our patented low-oxygen environment, producing ultra-clean syngas and solid biochar. This process maximises energy recovery while capturing carbon in stable form.
Permanent Biochar Production
The carbon captured during gasification becomes biochar—a stable, solid form of carbon that remains sequestered for 1,000+ years. This is verified, permanent carbon removal.
Carbon Credit Generation
Every tonne of biochar produced generates verified carbon removal credits. CNP purchases these credits through long-term offtake agreements — an additional revenue stream for the life of the plant.
